Job Description - Business Development Manager (BDM)

Role & Responsibilities:-
Develop and execute B2B business development strategies to generate current leads and drive revenue growth.
Create customized, high-quality proposals for potential clients through freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and similar channels.
Generate qualified leads through online platforms, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted outbound campaigns.
Identify and engage potential clients, understand their business requirements, and present relevant IT Services/web/mobile development solutions.
Conduct discovery calls and client meetings, build solid relationships, and effectively communicate the value proposition.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal submission, negotiation, follow-up, and deal closure.
Follow up consistently with prospects and handle client objections and negotiations to improve conversion rates.
Maintain accurate lead databases, sales pipelines, activity reports, and client records.




Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to understand project requirements and prepare accurate proposals and solutions.

Requirements
1 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Business Development, Pre-Sales, or Account Management within a B2B environment.
1+ years of Business Development experience, preferably with a service-based IT/software development agency.
Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and outbound sales.
Robust experience in proposal writing and bidding on freelancing platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Strong understanding of sales pipeline management and the complete B2B sales cycle.
Basic understanding of web and mobile development services.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
