Job Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with real estate leads.
- Understand customer requirements and explain property details.
- Convert interested leads into site visits and sales.
- Follow up with old and new leads through calls & WhatsApp.
- Maintain lead details and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits.
Requirements
- Good Tamil communication & convincing skills.
- Confident in speaking with customers.
- Basic English knowledge is an advantage.
- Sales/Telecalling/Real Estate experience preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Earn up to ₹10,000 incentive for every successful deal closure
