Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Civil BOQ Engineer to prepare and manage BOQs, quantity estimations, and project costing for our construction and real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed BOQs and quantity take-offs from drawings.
Prepare material and labour quantity estimates for civil works.
Analyse project drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
Prepare rate analysis and project cost estimates.
Coordinate with Site, Design, Procurement, and Accounts teams.
Compare vendor quotations and support material procurement.
Track BOQ quantities, variations,



and additional works.
Maintain accurate costing and project documentation.

Requirements:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in BOQ, estimation, or quantity surveying.
Experience in real estate/construction projects preferred.
Positive knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Robust understanding of civil construction materials and quantities.
Good analytical and communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
