Location: Bhosari, Pune, Maharashtra
Total Experience: 3 - 4 Years
Salary Range: Up to 3 LPA (based on experience and skill set)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Soft Skills / English Trainer to enhance the communication, interpersonal, and employability skills of candidates. The ideal candidate should be proficient in English, Hindi, and the local language, with a passion for training and mentoring individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver training sessions on soft skills, communication skills, and English language proficiency
Conduct interview preparation sessions including mock interviews and personality development
Assess trainees’ progress and provide constructive feedback
Develop and customize training materials as per program requirements
Support candidates in improving interpersonal and skilled communication skills
Maintain training records, reports, and documentation




Collaborate with internal teams for training-related activities and program execution
Willingness to travel locally as required for training delivery

Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Graduate / MBA
Total 3 -4 Years Experience
Experience: Minimum 2 year of operational or relevant training experience
Languages: Valuable command over English, Hindi, and local language

Required Skills:
Robust communication and presentation skills
Good interpersonal and mentoring abilities
Knowledge of training methodologies and activities
Ability to engage and manage diverse groups of learners
Adaptability and willingness to travel

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
