We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Specialist to drive business growth, generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and convert prospects into successful clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate current business opportunities through calls, references, digital channels, and field activities.
Understand customer requirements and present suitable products/services.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and pricing.
Follow up with leads and maintain the sales pipeline.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support.
Handle customer queries and resolve sales-related concerns professionally.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.
Required Skills

Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Willingness to work towards targets.

Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Candidates with prior experience in sales, business development, customer handling, or field sales will be preferred.
