Lead NDT operations with a focus on audits, training, and personnel certification. Ensure compliance with codes and standards, develop training programs, conduct audits, and certify Level I & II NDT personnel.
Mandatory NDT Methods: ASNT Level III in any 5 of: UT, RT, MT, PT, ET, VT.
Key Responsibilities
Audit &
• Compliance: Conduct audits of NDT procedures and personnel; ensure adherence to ASNT, ISO, API, ASME, and customer standards; review inspection reports. Training &
• Mentorship: Develop and deliver NDT training programs; mentor Level I &
• II personnel; assess competency.
Personnel Certification: Certify Level I &
• II personnel per ASNT guidelines; maintain qualification records.
Technical Leadership: Serve as technical authority for NDT methods; develop and approve procedures; support complex inspections. Documentation &
• Reporting: Prepare and review NDT manuals, procedures, and reports for audits and compliance.
Qualifications &
• Experience:
ASNT Level III certified in specified methods 8–12 years in NDT, including audits, training, and certification Robust knowledge of codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
