Section 1: Purpose of the position
- Candidate will be responsible for accounting profile at IBU, GIFT City, Gujarat
- To independently set up and operate Accounting and Risk function at International Business Unit (IBU), GIFT City, Gujarat.
- To maintain books of accounts, reconciliations, daily control activities, Head office / regulatory reporting,



periodic Financial statement preparation and audit handling.
- To manage Direct and Indirect tax compliances
- To prepare all the prudential reports in line with IFSCA regulation.
- To understand and prepare HO risk ratios and explain the management as well as supervisor whenever required.

Section 2: Job Responsibilities

Financial Accounting, Taxation, Regulatory reporting and Risk
- Maintain books of Accounts including postings, managing daily controls includes Bank reconciliation etc.
- Preparation of Financial Statements (JGAAP and IFRS)
- Manage audits/ external reviews like statutory audit, review by regulators etc
- Preparation and submission of Head office related reports.
- Manage all direct and indirect tax compliances, as applicable, for the IBU
- Mange periodic reporting to IFSCA and any other regulators, as may be required
- Liaise with advisors / external consultants and internal
