Track member adherence to their prescribed care plan (diet, supplements, lifestyle)

Provide personalised nutrition/lifestyle guidance to improve health outcomes

Flag adherence gaps or concerns to our medical team as needed
N
Maintain member recordsand outcome notes
N
nRequired Qualifications

n
B.Sc/M.Sc Nutrition, Dietetics / MBBS / BDS
N
3+ years in coaching
N
D2C/healthcare experience
N
nPreferred Qualifications
N
n
Chronic conditionmanagement experience (migraine/hormonal health a plus)
N
nSkills: Nutrition, dietetics, adherence tracking, lifestyle guidance, chronic condition management, migraine, hormonal health, member records
NCompensation: Competitive, based on experience.
