n Role Overview
nWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused interns to join our Customer Support team in Pune.
n This is a Pune-based internship with mandatory Work From Office requirements for day shifts. Candidates must be willing to work assigned shifts based on business requirements and should not have constraints around shift timings.

n Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries via chat, calls, and emails professionally and promptlyn
Handle large volumes of customer interactions while maintaining quality standardsn




Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutionsn
Maintain strong product and process knowledge across support channelsn
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and ticket closuren
Maintain turnaround times and service-level agreements (SLAs)n
Deliver a positive customer experience and maintain high customer satisfaction scoresn
Document customer interactions accuratelyn

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory)n
Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate to Pune for the internshipn
