4+ years in electronics manufacturing with real NPI exposure, not just sustaining

Time spent across an organisational boundary: resident engineer, source inspection, SQE, or the EMS side handling a demanding customer. You know how to get things done in a plant you don't control

You read schematics, BOMs, Gerbers and fab drawings, and can hold your own in a design review

/n
SMT fluency: reflow profiling, stencil and paste, AOI, ICT/FCT, conformal coating, rework

/n
Practical command of AQL sampling (ISO 2859 / IS 2500), PFMEA, control plans, 8D, 5-why, MSA/GR&R;, SPC, calibration, and ESD control per IEC 61340

Willing to travel to supplier and partner sites
