Job Description

We are seeking a Manager, Web Content to own the operation, stability, performance, and evolution of a global corporate web ecosystem.

The role will manage day-to-day web operations while supporting a major corporate website replatforming and web consolidation program.

n

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience managing corporate websites, web platforms, or CMS environments in complex, multi-brand, or multi-market organizations.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Own day-to-day corporate website operations, updates, releases, and maintenance.
n
Ensure platform stability, reliability, performance, and continuous improvement.
n
Support website migration, transition, testing, and go-live readiness.
n
Execute releases according to global platform standards and governance.
n
Partner with IT, Digital teams, agencies, and vendors on delivery and integrations.
n
Support CMS, DAM, analytics, tag management, and third-party integrations.
n
Monitor platform performance and identify improvement prospects.
n

Required Qualifications

n

n
7+ years of experience managing corporate websites, web platforms, CMS, or related digital platforms.
n
Experience in complex, multi-brand,



multi-market, or global settings.
n
Solid understanding of releases, deployments, integrations, performance, security, and compliance.
n
Experience supporting website migrations and replatforming programs.
n
Experience with CMS platforms and digital technologies.
n
Strong vendor and agency collaboration skills.
n
Strong ownership, execution discipline, and attention to detail.
n

Preferred

n

n
MedTech, Healthcare, Pharma, or other regulated-industry experience.
n
Knowledge of MDR, privacy, security, or regulatory requirements.
n
Modern CMS, web analytics, and tag management experience.
n
