Understand the client's health journey and recommend the right program for her
n
Run structured consultation calls of 45–60 minutes
n
Follow up, handle objections, and collect payments
n
Maintain accurate CRM entries and daily reporting
n
Attend the 10 AM team meeting and ongoing sales training
n
What we're looking for

No prior experience required — we train you completely from scratch

Fluent Hindi + comfortable English

Strong communication and genuine empathy — our clients are women who've struggled with their health for years
n
Coachable attitude and willingness to take feedback daily
n
Laptop, secure internet, quiet space for calls
n
Ability to commit to a full-time schedule, 6 days a week
n
EarningsFixed: ₹20,000–₹30,000/month
n
Incentive: tiered commission from 7.5% up to 12% on collections
n
Weekly bounty: ₹10,000 for the first closer to collect ₹1.5L in a week
n
Monthly bounty: ₹30,000 on hitting the ₹8L milestone
n
