Job Title: PMO – Automation Industry

n

Location: India (Remote / Hybrid)

n

Shift Timing: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM EST (Night Shift – India time)

n

Experience: 5–7 Years

n

Industry Preference: Automation / Industrial Automation / Process Automation

n

Job Summary:

n

We are looking for an experienced PMO skilled with a strong background in the automation industry. The candidate will support project governance, planning, and execution of automation projects while working closely with global stakeholders in the EST time zone.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
Drive project governance,



tracking, and reporting for automation projects
n
Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables
n
Coordinate with engineering teams (PLC, SCADA, HMI) and business stakeholders
n
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and project status updates
n
Identify risks/issues and ensure timely escalation and resolution
n
Standardize PMO processes, templates, and best practices
n
Support resource planning and allocation
n

n

Required Skills:

n

n
Robust experience in PMO/project coordination (5–7 years)
n
Exposure to automation/industrial projects
n
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Excel, etc.)
n
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
n
Strong analytical and reporting abilities
n

n

Preferred Qualifications:

n

n
Understanding of PLC, SCADA, HMI environments
n
PMP / PRINCE2 certification (good to have)
n
Experience working with global clients / time zones
n
