Experience: 5–8 Years We are looking for a Backup & Storage Administrator with robust experience in enterprise backup, storage, and network infrastructure.

Mandatory

Skills - PPDM (PowerProtect Data Manager) – backup and recovery administration.
Dell EMC Data Domain (DD) – configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, replication, and backup integration.
Robust knowledge of backup policies, schedules, retention, restores, and backup troubleshooting.
Experience with NetApp Storage administration and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Cisco Switches and basic SAN/network connectivity.

Responsibilities - Administer and monitor PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM) and Data Domain settings.
Configure backup jobs, policies, schedules, retention, and recovery operations.
Troubleshoot backup failures, replication issues, and storage capacity/performance problems.
Manage and support NetApp storage environments, including capacity and performance monitoring.
Support Cisco switch configuration, connectivity troubleshooting, and infrastructure-related incidents.
Perform incident management, RCA, patching, upgrades, and maintain operational documentation.
