Homzinterio is looking for passionate, creative, and smart Interior Designers to join our team and transform ordinary spaces into elegant, functional, and personalized homes. The ideal candidate will have solid design skills, excellent client-handling abilities, and a passion for creating exceptional residential interiors.

nKey Responsibilities

nMeet clients to understand their requirements, preferences, lifestyle, and budget.

nConduct client presentations, experience centre walkthroughs, and mood board presentations.

nDevelop creative and functional residential interior designs in line with client expectations.

nPrepare estimates and quotations and ensure timely collection of payments as per stage-based milestones.

nConduct client site visits for measurements, design validation, and final checking.

nDesign residential spaces using AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, and relevant rendering software.

nPrepare detailed design presentations and communicate design concepts effectively to clients.

nProvide end-to-end interior design solutions, including:

nOther home interior solutions

nCoordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.





nAct as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the design journey.

nMaintain solid client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

nWork on weekends as required, as Monday is the weekly off.

nRequirements

nGraduate in Interior Designing, B.Arch, or any graduate with a mandatory Diploma in Interior Designing.

nMinimum 1 years of relevant post-qualification experience in residential interior designing.

nProficiency in:

nAutoCAD

nGoogle SketchUp

nRendering software

nMicrosoft Excel

nMicrosoft PowerPoint

nStrong knowledge of modular furniture design is mandatory.

nExcellent communication and presentation skills.

nFluency in English and at least one regional language.

nStrong client-handling and interpersonal skills.

nPassion for meeting clients and understanding their requirements patiently.

nAbility to translate client requirements into creative, practical, and aesthetically appealing designs.

nStrong attention to detail, ownership, and commitment to delivering quality work.
