Meru Activs is a D2C brand specialising in nutritional supplements for India's 50+. We currently sell on our own website and Amazon India, and are rapidly expanding to new marketplaces.

Roles and Responsibilities

Day-to-day Tally entries, ledger and bank reconciliation
n
Taxation : GST computation, TDS, return filing
n
Monthly P&L; and balance sheet preparation (with provisions)
n
Tracking of CM1, CM2, and CM3 profitability
n
PO, payment management
n
Ongoing investor-grade MIS reporting
n
Being the go-to point person for audit and compliance documentation
n

Qualification

n

n
CA-Inter/semi-qualified, or M.Com or MBA Finance with solid hands-on Tally, GST, and TDS experience
n
4+ years of experience, with a robust preference for a D2C or e-commerce background
n
Solid grasp of contribution margin analysis and cost structures
n
Documentation discipline
n

Nice to have

n

n
Exposure to investor due diligence
n
Experience building or improving a reconciliation process from scratch, not just following one
n
Familiarity with Shopify, Uniware, or Shiprocket, or a similar D2C ops stack
