We train aspiring bakers and pastry chefs through hands-on, industry-focused programmes. We are looking for a Senior Pastry Chef Instructor who combines solid technical skills with a genuine passion for teaching, mentoring and creating.

Position Details Location: MG Road, Bengaluru Salary: ₹40,000–₹65,000/month, based on experience and performance Type: Full-time | Permanent | In-person Hours: 9am to 6:30pm | Monday weekly day off Selection: In-person interview + practical trial The Role - Conduct hands-on practical and theory classes
Demonstrate and teach qualified baking & pâtisserie techniques
Mentor students and provide constructive feedback
Develop and standardise recipes, products and techniques
Improve curriculum, modules and training standards
Maintain high standards of taste, texture,



presentation and execution

Professional kitchen discipline and ownership
Relevant degree, diploma or certification in Bakery/Pâtisserie
