Key Responsibilities
n

Execute end-to-end Account Opening and Client Setup activities.
n
Perform SSI creation, maintenance, and confirmation setup.
n
Support static data onboarding and maintenance across Capital Markets platforms.
n
Verify client instructions through callback authentication procedures.
n
Manage TP queues and ensure timely completion of client requests.
n
Maintain data quality and support governance and control frameworks.
n
Liaise with Operations, Relationship Managers, FMOCC teams, and stakeholders to resolve static data queries.
n
Ensure adherence to regulatory, operational, and audit requirements.
