/nRole Description/n

/n

/nWe are looking for a Sheet Metal Designer who can convert c requirements, drawings and concepts into accurate, fabrication-ready designs./n

/n

/nThe role involves 2D/3D design, production drawings, flat patterns, BOM preparation and direct coordination with the shop floor to ensure designs can be manufactured accurately and efficiently./n

/n

/nQualifications/n

/n

/n- Create 2D drawings and 3D sheet metal models using SolidWorks / AutoCAD./n





/n- Develop fabrication drawings, flat patterns and bend details./n

/n- Design sheet metal components, enclosures, frames and assemblies./n

/n- Prepare production documentation./n

/n- Apply correct bend allowances, tolerances, clearances and manufacturing considerations./n

/n- Design considering laser cutting, punching, bending, welding and surface finishing processes./n

/n- Coordinate with production teams to resolve design, fitment and fabrication issues./n

/n- Optimize designs for manufacturability, material utilization and cost./n
