Key Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and maintain solutions using #SingleView.
Work on product configuration, scripting, and application logic using Perl, C, Shell, or proprietary SingleView scripting languages.
Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using SingleView's data model and processing flows.
Perform end-to-end billing system development, including rating, billing, invoicing, and mediation.
Handle issue analysis, bug fixes, and performance tuning in the SingleView setting.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BA, QA, Infra, and Product Owners.
Provide technical support and enhancements for SingleView implementations in production
