Role & responsibilities

As a GET, you will be responsible for understanding technical products, engaging with customers, and driving sales by providing technical solutions. This role requires a mix of technical knowledge and sales skills to effectively communicate product value to customers and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of company products and their applications.
Assist the Sales team in identifying and engaging with potential customers to generate leads and drive sales.
Provide technical support and solutions to customers based on their needs.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Operations, engineering, production, planning and logistics) to ensure smooth project execution. • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and follow up on customer inquiries.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.




Maintain robust customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Industrial Instrumentation, or relevant field).

• Experience: Freshers. • Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Technical aptitude and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical customers. • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and problem-solving. • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and field visits.

Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office tools. • Basic understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
