SANYO ISQUARE TECHNOLOGIES LLP is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to develop and grow our elevator and lift business.
The candidate will be responsible for generating current enquiries, developing relationships with builders and consultants, preparing proposals, negotiating orders and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Generate current business enquiries for elevators and lifts.
Develop strong relationships with builders, developers, architects, consultants, contractors and building owners.
Identify upcoming residential, commercial and redevelopment projects.
Conduct customer meetings and site visits to understand project requirements.
Collect technical details including number of floors/stops, capacity, speed, shaft size and lift application.
Follow up systematically on enquiries and quotations until order closure.

Skills Required
Excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills.
Strong follow-up and order-closing ability.
Ability to work independently and achieve demanding sales targets.
