Head of Accounts
Description
Lead and manage the complete finance & accounts function.
Oversee accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, audits, and statutory compliance.
Prepare and review financial statements, MIS, budgets, and cash-flow reports.
Ensure accurate and timely month-end/year-end closing.
Manage internal controls, financial planning, and cost optimization.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Lead and mentor the accounts/finance team and support management in financial decision-making.
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA), with relevant experience in a finance/accounts leadership role.
