We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Customer Relationship Manager to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, and be comfortable interacting with clients & conducting meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Explain our real estate projects and offerings to clients effectively.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
Follow up with clients to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain records of client interactions and share feedback with the sales team.
Work closely with the marketing and sales team to improve client experience.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree (any stream).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Presentable personality and confident while talking to clients.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles will be an added advantage.
