Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional who can handle both business development and brand marketing activities for the retail industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, strengthening brand visibility, and executing marketing strategies to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
• Identify and develop current business opportunities in retail and distribution market.
• Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
• Expand product presence in Up-to-date Trade, General Trade, and Multi-Brand outlets.
• Maintain robust relationships with key accounts and retail partners.
• Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and market mapping.
Brand & Marketing Management
• Develop and execute brand positioning and marketing strategies.
• Plan and manage ATL/BTL activities, promotions,



and branding campaigns.
• Coordinate with digital marketing, creative, and sales teams.
• Handle product launches, exhibitions, dealer meets, and promotional events.
• Ensure consistent brand visibility across retail and online platforms.
• Manage retail branding materials such as standees, brochures, POSM, and displays.
• Analyze campaign performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and printers for marketing activities.
Required Skills
• Strong sales, branding, and marketing knowledge.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of retail and distribution network.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and retail promotions.
• Robust analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Leadership and team coordination ability.
Qualification
• MBA in Marketing preferred.
• Relevant experience in retail, consumer goods, FMCG, lifestyle, or luggage industry preferred.
