Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of social media campaigns to promote Ergowork Healthcare’s services and brand. Day-to-day tasks include creating and scheduling posts, assisting with content calendars, engaging with followers, monitoring channels for trends, and gathering insights from analytics.



The intern will collaborate with the marketing and healthcare teams to translate ergonomic and wellness concepts into explicit, engaging digital content.

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Gurugram, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The position offers hands-on experience in social media and digital marketing within a specialized healthcare and ergonomics setting.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing.
Candidates should possess solid Communication skills.
Basic understanding of analytics tools and social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) is beneficial.
Interest in workplace wellness, ergonomics, or healthcare is an advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively, manage time effectively, and adapt to a hybrid work setting in Gurugram.
Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
