InfoSparkles IT Solution LLP is looking for an experienced Project Manager with 4+ years of experience to manage IT projects, handle clients, support pre-sales, and coordinate technical teams.

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage projects from requirement gathering to final delivery.
Attend client meetings and understand business technical requirements.
Coordinate and manage developers, designers, QA, and internal teams.
Handle pre-sales discussions and assist with client requirements.
Prepare business/technical proposals, project scopes, estimates, and timelines.
Understand software development and communicate technical requirements to developers.
Monitor tasks, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Manage client feedback, change requests, and project concerns.
Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and delays.
Ensure smooth coordination between clients, BDE/BDM, and development teams.
Take ownership of projects and ensure timely and successful delivery.

Required Skills




4+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
Software Development SDLC.
Understanding of Web/Mobile Development, APIs, and databases.
Experience in client handling, pre-sales, and proposal preparation.
Robust communication, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle developers and manage multiple projects.

B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT), MCA, BCA, MBA, or relevant qualification.
