Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement the strategic vision for the e-commerce services department in alignment with company objectives.
Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the e-commerce landscape to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term goals and objectives for the department.

Team Management
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of e-commerce specialists, including project managers, analysts, and technical experts.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.
Set transparent performance goals and provide regular feedback to support professional growth and development.

Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Develop deep understanding of client needs and challenges, and proactively identify opportunities to add value through our services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized e-commerce solutions that meet client objectives.

Operational Excellence
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce services department, ensuring effective resource allocation and project execution.




Manage the operations and ensure the operation is in accordance with established procedures and practices.
Monitor key performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service delivery and drive operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, security standards, and best practices in e-commerce operations.

Stakeholder Engagement
Maintain open communications with senior management to keep them appraised of operational situations that impact or may impact their goals/vision.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, sales, marketing, IT, and finance teams, to drive alignment and support business growth initiatives.
Closely work with internal teams in recruitment, plan, performance, operation, projects, etc.
