Job Summary

Looking for a Training Manager with 5+ years of experience to manage end-to-end training activities across B2B, B2C, and B2Channel. The role involves training needs assessment, content development, conducting engaging sessions, and measuring training effectiveness.

Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging training programs for employees and teams.
Identify skill gaps and assess training needs through feedback and performance analysis.
Develop training manuals, presentations, guides, and other learning materials.
Conduct workshops, interactive sessions, and hands-on training programs.
Deliver training across B2B, B2C, and B2Channel segments.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance outcomes.
Track training schedules, participation, and completion reports.
Continuously update training content based on industry trends and business requirements.
Use interactive and practical learning methods to improve engagement.
Work closely with management and different departments to understand training requirements.
Support employee skill development and continuous learning initiatives.

Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in training,



learning development, or a similar role.
Any Graduate qualification.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Solid ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and public-speaking skills.
Good understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
Ability to train diverse audiences with different learning styles.
Solid organizational and time-management skills.
Patience, adaptability, and a positive approach toward learning and development.
Ability to work effectively with B2B, B2C, and B2Channel teams.
Candidates should be comfortable working from Nagpur.
