Role & responsibilities :
Manage daily operations of the tool room and supervise tool room personnel.
Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of gravity die casting dies and tooling.
Ensure timely availability of dies, fixtures, jigs, and gauges for production.
Analyze die failures and implement corrective actions to improve tool life.
Coordinate with production, quality, and design teams for recent product development.
Monitor die performance and recommend modifications to improve casting quality and productivity.
Plan and execute die trials, die corrections, and process improvements.
