Role & responsibilities :
Create CNC/VMC programs for machining aluminium castings and machinery components.
Develop machining strategies to achieve productivity and quality targets.
Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and CAD models.
Select suitable cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.
Perform machine setup and prove-out of recent programs.
Optimize cycle times and improve machining efficiency.
Troubleshoot machining and programming issues on the shop floor.
Ensure dimensional accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
