The Project Lead - Facility Management will be responsible for

planning, executing, and delivering facility management projects across locations. The role involves managing recent facility setups, renovation projects, workplace infrastructure initiatives, vendor coordination, budget management, and ensuring timely project completion while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution
Lead end-to-end facility management projects, including recent office setups, expansions, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades.
Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within approved budgets.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans to avoid delays.

Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with business leaders, workplace services teams, procurement, finance, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates to leadership.
Ensure alignment between business expectations and project deliverables.

Vendor & Contractor Management
Manage external vendors,



consultants, contractors, and service providers.
Review project deliverables, monitor vendor performance, and ensure adherence to service standards.
Facilitate contract execution and vendor compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Budget & Cost Control
Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and expenditure forecasts.
Track project expenses and ensure cost optimization without compromising quality.
Validate invoices and manage project-related financial reporting.

Compliance & Quality Management
Ensure projects comply with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and organizational policies.
Maintain project documentation, reports, approvals, and compliance records.
Conduct site inspections and quality audits throughout project execution.

Facilities Transition & Handover
Oversee project closure, testing, commissioning, and handover processes.
Ensure smooth operational readiness and transition to facility operations teams.
Monitor post-implementation issues and drive timely resolution.
