Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Support weekend live academic sessions and coordinate with faculty and learners to ensure smooth execution.
Manage learner queries during sessions and maintain accurate attendance records.
Conduct post-session feedback calls to understand learner concerns and experience.
Handle learner queries related to academics, attendance, assessments, LMS, and other operational requirements.
Monitor Freshdesk tickets, resolve basic queries, and escalate complex issues to relevant teams.
Support academic communications and follow-ups related to capstone projects, campus immersion, tests, assignments, and other activities.
Maintain attendance trackers, academic records, and documentation with accurate and timely updates.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve learner concerns and close pending academic tasks.
