We are looking for a Strategy Associate to support client engagement and experience for the Startup segment. The role focuses on proactive outreach, issue resolution, and driving client reactivation and retention through operational interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with operations teams to resolve missed pickups for high-intent clients and clients facing repeated pickup failures.
Execute contextual communications for training sessions, webinars, and problem-solving sessions.
Engage with active and churned startup clients through targeted outreach based on engagement signals to drive shipment growth and client reactivation.
Manage the Startup support mailbox and provide direct assistance through the dedicated toll-free support channel.
Track outreach outcomes, maintain accurate records, prepare basic reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Skills:
Valuable communication skills.
Comfortable with Microsoft Excel (filters, sorting, basic formulas, reporting).
Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Comfortable making outbound client calls and handling client queries.
Basic analytical skills to interpret engagement data and track campaign outcomes.
