Provide IT support for laptops, mobile devices, meeting rooms and workplace technology. Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365 and connectivity issues; support onboarding/offboarding and manage device deployment, repairs and replacements.
Required Candidate profile
IT Support experience with hands-on Windows & macOS, Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive/SharePoint, Wi-Fi and printers. Solid communication and customer service skills.
