Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Assist the Supply Team with venue research and suggestions based on client requirements.
Maintain and regularly update backend venue data, including pricing, room inventory, capacities, inclusions, and other relevant details.
Research and identify the right venues for clients based on specific requirements such as guest count, budget, destination, room requirements, and event format.
Coordinate with hotels and venues to collect updated information, quotations, and availability.
Support the Supply Team in preparing venue comparison sheets and proposals.
Ensure all venue information in the backend is accurate and up to date.
Assist with follow-ups and other day-to-day Supply Team operations.
