Role & responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration solutions.
Develop complex SQL and PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, packages, and performance-optimized database solutions.
Work with databases including Oracle, PostgreSQL, IBM DB2, and ClickHouse.
Develop and maintain ETL workflows using Pentaho and other data integration technologies.
Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and loading from multiple source systems.
Integrate data from HES, MDMS, billing systems, ERP systems, IoT platforms, and other utility applications.
Work closely with application, business, and product teams to understand data requirements and develop appropriate data solutions.
Optimize database queries, ETL processes, and data pipelines for performance and scalability.
Support data migration, data quality, reconciliation,



and troubleshooting activities.

Preferred candidate profile
Strong hands-on experience in SQL and PL/SQL.
Robust experience with Oracle Database.
Experience with PostgreSQL.
Experience with ETL / Data Integration.
Hands-on experience with Pentaho.
Experience with ClickHouse and/or other analytical databases.
Experience with IBM DB2.
Robust understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, data transformation, and data quality.
Experience working with HES (Head-End Systems) and/or MDMS (Meter Data Management Systems).
Robust understanding of the Utility domain Electricity, Water, or Gas.
Exposure to Java and/or Python for data engineering and integration.
Exposure to Cloud technologies and IoT platforms.
