Role & responsibilities
Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls and other IP networking equipment.
Perform installation, commissioning and testing of IP connectivity for customers.
Troubleshoot network connectivity, routing, latency, packet loss and bandwidth-related issues.
Monitor network performance and identify potential issues before they impact customers.
Configure and troubleshoot IP addresses, VLANs, routing protocols and related network services.
Handle customer complaints and technical escalations within defined SLA timelines.
Preferred candidate profile
Freshers can apply. CCNA certification a plus. Two wheeler with license is a must
