YOUR ROLE
Promote Parihaara Sewa Foundations authorized services and programs using approved information and materials
Identify prospective clients, explain services and activities and facilitate their engagement with the Company
Maintain skilled communication through the official Company SIM/CUG where provided
Develop your own client network and benefit from eligible referrals from clients you have acquired
EARNING STRUCTURE
80% of applicable realized client revenue attributable to you, subject to the IMA Agreement and Payment Structure AND 20% of applicable realized client revenue is retained by the Company for operational and administrative costs
An additional 1,000 bonus is payable for each qualifying client who makes a qualifying pooja payment, subject to the applicable terms
Calculations are based on actual payments received and credited to the Company
EXAMPLE
20 paid clients averaging 1,000 = 20,000 realized revenue; 80% IMA share = 16,000. Two qualifying pooja conversions add 2,000, giving a total of 18,000
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATION
The expected benchmark is 15 paid clients per calendar month. Falling below 15 does not forfeit payment on completed, realized and attributable clients. Failure to achieve the benchmark for two consecutive calendar months may lead to management review and possible suspension or revocation
REGISTRATION
Shortlisted / selected candidates must complete registration and pay a one-time non-refundable 500 processing fee. The fee is for registration, administrative processing and authorization related formalities
