We're Hiring | Senior Java + AEM/CMS + AKS Engineer

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Java Engineer with strong expertise in AEM/CMS, Azure, AKS, and Kubernetes to join our team.

n

Role: Senior Java + AEM/CMS + AKS Engineer

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications
n
Develop and integrate REST APIs and contribute to API architecture and design
n
Work extensively with AEM or other Content Management Systems
n
Build and deploy cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure
n
Design, implement, and manage applications running on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
n
Work with Kubernetes, Helm, deployments, services, autoscaling, and related components
n
Work with NoSQL databases such as Cosmos DB, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cassandra, etc.
n
Collaborate with development, architecture, DevOps, and engineering teams
n
Leverage up-to-date AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude
n
Work with CDN technologies, with Akamai experience being preferred
n

Required Skills & Experience

n

n
12+ years of overall IT experience preferred
n
10+ years of hands-on Java development
n
5+ years of hand-on AEM or another CMS
n
5+ years of REST API development experience
n
2+ years of REST API design experience
n
3+ years of Azure experience
n
3+ years of hands-on AKS experience, with recent AKS experience mandatory
n
3+ years of Kubernetes experience
n
2+ years of recent experience with a NoSQL database
n
3+ years of CDN experience; Akamai preferred
n
1+ year of experience using AI coding/development tools
n
Solid coding, debugging, architecture, and problem-solving skills
n

The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of:

Java + AEM/CMS + REST APIs + Azure + AKS + Kubernetes + NoSQL + CDN

n

Candidates should be comfortable working in a hands-on engineering setting and should have recent experience with AKS and Kubernetes.
