Job Title: Area Sales Manager(ASM)

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

We are looking for a result-oriented sales professional to drive business growth for our Insulation Products portfolio in the Indore territory.

Roles & Responsibilities
Generate and manage sales in the assigned territory.
Achieve retail and project sales targets.
Develop and expand the enquiry pipeline through dealers, contractors, HVAC consultants, architects, and PEB fabricators.
Work closely with HVAC Consultants, Contractors, Retailers, Convertors, Channel Partners, and End Users (Pharma, Hospitals, Hotels).
Ensure execution of major won projects.
Manage distributors with focus on secondary sales, stock management, and pricing discipline.




Ensure timely payment collections from distributors and dealers.
Monitor competitor activities and submit regular sales reports.

Skills & Competencies
Solid techno-commercial knowledge.
Proactive and target-driven approach.
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Robust networking and relationship-building ability.
Basic proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of CRM/ERP systems.

Qualification
B.Tech / B.E. (Preferred)
MBA (Optional)
Experience in HVAC, Insulation, Construction Materials, or related building material industry preferred.
