Role & responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate assigned markets and exceed quota.

Identify, develop, and manage current business opportunities within industrial and wireless charging segments.

Drive channel growth through the recruitment and management of distributors and Manufacturer Representatives.

Maintain detailed product and industry knowledge to effectively promote DIN mount, field power, and wireless charging solutions. Develop current business with OEMs, system integrators, machine builders, industrial customers and other strategic accounts.

Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers in industries such as manufacturing, utilities, logistics, and process automation.

Conduct joint sales calls, customer visits, technical discussions and product presentations, especially for industrial plant environments and technology-focused clients.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and manage escalations or product-related concerns.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in engineering (Electrical or Electronics),



or a related field;

Minimum 5 years of sales experience within industrial power supplies or electronic components, including at least 3 years in a regional sales management role.

This position is ideal for a dynamic, results-driven leader who thrives in technical sales settings and is passionate about innovating in the fields of industrial electrification, automation, and wireless charging.

Proven experience selling into industrial environments and B2B field power markets.

Deep understanding of DIN rail power supplies, field power technologies, and/or wireless (inductive) charging systems.

Experience with technical consultative sales processes and managing complex accounts.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to develop relationships with technical and commercial decision - makers.

Proficiency in English is essential with knowledge of Hindi.

Comfortable with extensive travel and frequent customer visits.
