We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Inside Sales & Marketing Executive to generate business prospects, communicate with potential customers, follow up on enquiries, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in handling customers over phone and email, and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Make outbound calls to generate new business leads.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
Prepare and send quotations with the coordination of the sales team.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel sheets.
Coordinate with the design, production, and accounts departments for order processing.
Assist in digital marketing activities such as social media updates and online lead generation.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Good negotiation and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, and Google Sheets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualification:
Graduate in any stream (BBA/B.Com/MBA preferred).
Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.
03 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Marketing, or Customer Support is preferred.
