The ServiceNow BCM Implementation Consultant is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) module. This role translates business needs into technical solutions and guides clients through the planning, design, and deployment phases to enhance their organizational resilience.

Qualifications and skills:

Experience: 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and implementation, with at least 2 years focused on the GRC or IRM suite, specifically the BCM module.
ServiceNow expertise: Robust knowledge of the core ServiceNow platform, including the CMDB architecture,



and proficiency in client-side and server-side scripting (JavaScript).
BCM knowledge: A solid understanding of business continuity and disaster recovery planning, including concepts like BIAs, RTOs, RPOs, and crisis management.

Certifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.
ServiceNow GRC: Business Continuity Management Implementer micro-certification is highly desired.
Other certifications such as Certified Business Continuity Qualified (CBCP) are a plus.
