Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer / Software Architect with a strong background in Python (Flask & Django), React.js, and AWS cloud services to join our agile team. You will be responsible for designing and developing scalable web applications, managing cloud infrastructure, and contributing to system architecture decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python, Flask, and Django.
Build and optimize responsive front-end applications using React.js.
Architect and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, RDS, etc.).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, Product Managers, and Designers.
Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Ensure code quality, performance, security, and scalability.
Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.




Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Backend:
6+ years experience in backend development using Python.
Deep knowledge of Flask and Django frameworks.
Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
Familiarity with ORM tools like SQLAlchemy, Django ORM.
Strong experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.

Frontend:
Proficient in React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Familiarity with component-based UI architecture and up-to-date front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel, etc.).

Cloud & DevOps:
Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, CloudFormation).
Familiar with containerization using Docker, and orchestration tools like Kubernetes (optional).
CI/CD implementation experience using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline.

Other Skills:
Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system integration.
Good knowledge of Git, Agile methodologies, and project management tools (JIRA, Trello).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
