Develop and modify CNC/VMC programs for machining components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Set up and operate CNC/VMC machines.
Select appropriate tools, cutting parameters and machining processes.
Optimize programs to improve productivity, accuracy and tool life.
Perform first-piece inspection and coordinate with the Quality team.
Troubleshoot machining/programming issues.
