Excellent verbal and written communication skills with robust stakeholder management capabilities
n
10+ years of experience in Oracle SCM solutions and enterprise application delivery
n
Extensive experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Procurement, Inventory Management, and Cost Management modules
n
Hands-on implementation experience in additional Oracle SCM modules such as Order Management, WMS, Manufacturing (MFG), and Supply Chain Planning (SCP) is highly preferred
n
Solid background in Oracle EBS SCM upgrade and transformation projects
n
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams across global delivery environments
n

Roles and Responsibilities:

n

Must have functional implementation experience with at least 2 end-to-end Oracle SCM Cloud implementations.
n
Must have 10+ years of experience implementing Oracle SCM modules including OTC, PTP, RTR, PTD, Inventory, Purchasing, Shipping,



GOP, AR, AP, Advanced Pricing, iSupplier, iProcurement, Costing, or Configurator.
n
Prior experience with Oracle EBS upgrades is required.
n
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments effectively.
n

Relevant Certifications in SCM. Candidate must either have Oracle Procurement, Inventory, or Order Management Cloud certification or obtain within the first 90 days of Employment.

Experience leading an entire work stream of relevant Oracle applications.
n
Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets customer objectives combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
