Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Business Analyst with robust expertise in the Cards & Payments domain. The ideal candidate must be proficient in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD preparation, ISO8583, card lifecycle, and end-to-end digital payment journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements (BRD/FRD/User Stories).

Work with stakeholders to define functional and non-functional requirements.

Solid understanding of Card Lifecycle, Issuer/Acquirer flows, BIN, CMS.

Experience in Payment Authorization, Clearing, Settlement, Disputes.





Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Architects.

Conduct GAP analysis, impact analysis, and process mapping.

Support UAT/SIT, defect triage, and production validations.

Work in Agile/Scrum workplace and manage sprint deliverables.

Mandatory Skills:

Cards & Payments domain knowledge

ISO8583 message formats

Experience with Card Management Systems (CMS)

BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases

JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio

Valuable to Have:

UPI, Wallets, Tokenization

Merchant acquiring, chargebacks, fraud systems

Experience of BIAN framework

API (REST/SOAP) understanding

Certifications: CBAP/CCBA/CSM/Payments
