InfoMagnus is seeking a hands-on Practice Lead, Data & AI (India) to provide senior technical and delivery leadership across the India Data & AI organization. The role works in coordination with the VP, Data & AI, the Practice Technical Director in the United States, and the India General Manager.

Role-definition principle
This is not a project-management or resource-management position. The successful candidate must remain a credible, hands-on solution architect and engineering leader who can personally improve complex Data & AI engagements.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise Data & AI engagements, from discovery and technical scoping through implementation and production readiness.
Contribute directly to client projects as a senior architect and technical lead, including hands-on design, development, code review, troubleshooting, and delivery support.
Review and improve architectures, data models, integration patterns, AI designs, security approaches, deployment strategies, and nonfunctional requirements.
Provide technical direction across up-to-date data platforms, cloud data engineering, analytics, machine learning, generative AI, RAG, and agentic solutions.
