HyreSpot is hiring a proactive and result-oriented Channel Sales Executive to develop and manage its channel partner network.

The selected candidate will identify and onboard current partners, maintain solid business relationships, generate qualified leads, and achieve assigned sales targets through channel partnerships.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in channel sales, B2B sales, partner management, or business development.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to identify, onboard, and manage channel partners.

Good relationship-management and follow-up skills.

Self-motivated and comfortable working with sales targets.

Ability to maintain sales records and prepare performance reports.

Willingness to travel for partner meetings and business development activities.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and onboard new channel partners.

Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with existing partners.

Generate leads and business opportunities through the channel partner network.





Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conduct product presentations, partner meetings, and training sessions.

Guide partners on product offerings, sales strategies, and customer engagement.

Support channel partners with sales and marketing activities.

Follow up regularly with partners to improve productivity and performance.

Track partner-wise leads, conversions, and sales results.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.

Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams for smooth execution.

Identify recent markets and partnership opportunities to support business growth.
